As a full mechanical contractor we are able to offer General Contractors and Owners a single source for their project Plumbing, HVAC and Design needs. Since we provide the total mechanical system; management, coordination and interface of all systems is handled internally by KPMB Enterprises.
Our unprecedented project planning begins with the preparation of a critical path schedule, full plumbing, HVAC coordination drawings along with superior document control during the submittal preparation and review process. Our team has years of commercial and institutional experience allowing us to develop processes which are both efficient and effective all in an effort to ensuring quality, cost, & schedule.
Animated walkthroughs allow the team to visualize in advance complex areas and work out the details.
By pre-designing and coordinating the HVAC system with the structural steel the construction and installation time is reduced allowing KPMB to accelerate the construction schedule.
Our designers utilize the latest AutoCAD Revit, NavisWorks, & CADpipe software to fully render three dimensional shop drawings of the building, structural steel, mechanical system, as well as the plumbing and hydronic systems. These files become the working set of coordination drawings and are an essential part of the modern building process. Properly developed, coordination drawings enable conflict resolution between trades well in advance of the actual construction saving time and costly change orders.
